The Talent

Our talent at MTA consists of elite individuals who have knowledge in different fields across various social networks. These platforms include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Blogging sites and others. We recognize the amount of time and creative effort media talent put into their outlets, and we encourage them to keep doing so and focus solely on that. We allow our talent to focus on their craft while we manage their job search and act as their negotiator. Today, media talent are a part of a growing industry and are reaching the point of being as valuable as celebrities in terms of creating consumer impressions. Many of these individuals reach a level in their careers where their skills become invaluable to brands yet they tend to undersell themselves. We take it upon ourselves to negotiate on behalf of the talent to ensure appropriate compensation is awarded.
